Reply Comments to the FCC on Creation of a Low Power Radio Service - 4/21/08

Prometheus submitted the reply comments below on April 21, 2008, in response to an FCC rulemaking to protect and promote the low power radio service. Among other issues, these comments affirm the FCC's authority to protect low power radio against encroachment from full power stations by moving the low power station to a second adjacent frequency.
